David currently serves as a non-executive director at A.P. Moller Capital, and an advisor to GL Capital and Grafine Partners. Previously, David was a Managing Director at The Carlyle Group for over 20 years and prior to that, he worked as a banker at Merrill Lynch for 5 years and Goldman Sachs for 10 years.

Jean-Marc is currently Chairman Asia at BURGESS. Previously, he was Senior Partner with McKinsey & Co and held various roles in the past 25 years including in corporate finance, M&A, and Private Equity.

With over 20 years of experience in the technology space, Sailor has previously held technology leadership roles in Baidu and China Mobile. His strong business acumen and astute ability to identify market trends have allowed him to successfully lead ChainUp with innovative new applications, robust technical infrastructure, and optimized utilization of digital assets.

Angela has over 20 years of experience in private wealth management over various functions in major private banks such as UBS and JP Morgan with strong expertise in business development, risk and compliance.

Angela is responsible for driving the firm’s strategic plans and long-term business objectives. Prior to Continuum Alpha, Angela was the founding partner and COO at another EAM for 6 years and was instrumental in growing the business to USD4bn AUM at one point. In addition, she was also the offshore Responsible Officer for License Type 1,4,9 HK entity. With over 20 years of experience in private wealth management across various functions in major private banks such as UBS and JP Morgan, she has excellent knowledge and expertise in client relationship management, complex asset structuring including credit, risk and compliance. Angela has a Bachelor of Business Studies from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore.

Lawrence develops and oversees the overall investment platform, representing the firm’s investment views, strategies and all related investment products and solutions to RMs and clients. Prior to Continuum Alpha, Lawrence was a CIO at another EAM for 5 years, managing USD4bn of AUM. Lawrence has 15 years of experience across major asset classes with fund management experience in both the private wealth and institutional space. Lawrence has also worked at UOB Global Markets division where he co-managed a US$8bn global fixed income portfolio. Lawrence has an honours degree in economics from the National University of Singapore. In addition, he is a CFA charter holder and a certified Financial Risk Manager

Kevin oversees all operational aspects of the business including enterprise risk and compliance. Prior to Continuum Alpha, Kevin was a client advisor at UBS and a corporate banker at OCBC Bank. Kevin has also worked at the Economic Development Board and the Monetary Authority of Singapore. Kevin has a post-graduate degree in Finance from Imperial College London and an undergraduate degree from University College London.

Kevin Mak is responsible for the origination and execution of investment-related processes, including macroeconomic analysis, asset allocation and trade management. Prior to Continuum Alpha, he worked as a structured solutions and investment specialist at Vontobel. Kevin has an honors degree in economics from the National University of Singapore where he graduated with Highest Distinction.
